Subject: Exercise of Share Options of SFS Group Public Company Ltd issued on 27 March, 2008 We wish to inform you that on 31st May, 2010, second exercise date of the Share Options of SFS Group Public Company Ltd, issued on 27th March, 2008 ("SO-08 Options"), none of the Share Options 08 were exercised. According to the relevant terms of SO-08, the third and last exercise date of the SO-08 will be the 31st May, 2011, on which date all SO-08 that have not been exercised so far, may be exercised.
