Our people are our most important asset and the driving force behind our success. The Human Resources Department (‘HRD’) of SFS Group is responsible for attracting, recruiting and developing the best people in our field in order to satisfy our clients' needs and achieve SFS Group’s targets.

The objective the HRD Manager in partnership with all Heads and Managers of SFS Group is to develop and accomplish SFS Group’s business plan and HR strategy to ensure that the existing and future staffing needs of SFS Group are met, so as to allow the smooth and efficient operation of SFS Group.

As an employee of the HRD your role may involve:
  • Recruitment & Selection of new personnel;
  • Developing HR policies and preparing manuals;
  • Training & Development;
  • Performance Development and Appraisal Systems;
  • Employee assistance programs;
  • Administration of employee benefits;
  • Organizing social events and community service activities.
