The Investment Banking Department (‘IBD’) provides financial advisory services to corporate customers (public and private) with operations in Cyprus and abroad. Our customers operate in a variety of sectors such as retail and consumer goods, information technology, shipping, property, tourism and leisure. Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced analysts with extensive market knowledge and know-how of the relevant legislation, rules and directives set by the supervisory authorities, as well as an all around knowledge of finance and accounting. We place great importance on monitoring the capital markets and keeping abreast of new developments so as to be in a position to account for current industry cycles and business trends in our work. Moreover, we develop long-term relationships with our customers based on integrity and professionalism, allowing us to provide tailor-made services of the highest quality.

As a member of the IBD your responsibilities may include:

Act as the main point of reference between clients and all other third parties as well as the liaison between clients and regulatory authorities;
Project manage investment banking projects;
Advise clients on corporate finance matters such as capital structure, merger/acquisition activity, raising funds and becoming a publicly listed company;
Carry out company valuations, prepare valuation reports and business plans;
Draft Prospectuses for Public Offerings, Take-over Documents and any other documents required by regulations;
Initiate ideas for the developments of new products, or market existing products and services to new clients.
