| Mr. Vasos Georgiou, holds degrees in Law and Human Resource Management from the University of Athens and Cranfield University (School of Management), United Kingdom, respectively. Mr. Georgiou has held the position of senior officer at the Human Resource Department of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (“EAC”) and that of the Director of the Legal Service of EAC from 1998 to 2001. Following this, he held the position of Director at the Office of the President of the House of Representatives and subsequently and up until recently, he held the position of Director at the Office of the President of the Republic. |
