| 1999: Sharelink co-founds TFI Limited (currently known as TFI Public Company Limited), the first public unlisted international trade finance company in Cyprus.

| 1999: Sharelink Financial Services Limited (‘Sharelink’ - currently known as SFS Group) lists numerous companies on the Cyprus Stock Exchange (‘CSE’) through IPOs.

| 1999: Sharelink lists on the CSE in July, the first non banking financial services company.

| 1998: Sharelink lists the first tour operator on CSE, Libra Holidays Group.
|

| 1998: Sharelink Financial Services Limited is created the holding company of Share Link Securities Limited, AAA United Stockbrokers and Share Link Asset Management Limited.

| 1998: Sharelink lists first tri-split closed-end investment company on CSE-Triena Investments.
